Observaciones: Published online Dec 2017; intended as a new combination, but as such would be invalid according to ICN Art. 41.5 (lacks full and direct reference to place of valid publication of basionym), and (for the same reason) also cannot be accepted as a nomen novum, or as a new taxon name based on a previously published description (see ICN Art. 38.13); however, a brief, English-language diagnosis would appear to fulfill that requirement for validation as a new taxon name (see ICN 39.2), and the requisite type citation (ICN Art. 40.1) seems to have been achieved (if unintentionally, and by a technicality) according to the specifications of ICN Arts. 40.3 and 40.6 (a single specimen is cited that includes the word "holotype")
